2. Purpose of the website
Get Your Lightshow provides information about professional lighting-design, production-assessment and related services for theatre, dance and other live-performance productions. Services are primarily created and performed remotely from Spain.
The website is intended primarily for professional, organisational and production-related clients, but services may also be supplied to consumers, non-profit organisations, associations and informal performance groups where a project is accepted.
3. No booking through the website
Information on this website, including service descriptions and displayed service fees, does not by itself create a booking, contract or payment obligation.
Submitting the Free Initial Project Review or any questionnaire is an enquiry only. A project is reviewed before acceptance. A binding contract is formed only in accordance with the applicable proposal and the Terms and Conditions.
4. Prices and tax information
Amounts displayed on the website are service fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable VAT or other tax treatment depends on the client's status, location and the tax rules applicable to the transaction.
Before any client becomes contractually bound, the applicable proposal will state the complete amount payable and the relevant tax treatment.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original text, layouts, graphics, lighting visualisations, demonstration material, photographs created for the website and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Demonstration projects are provided solely to illustrate the nature, scope and quality of the services. Publication of a sample does not grant permission to reproduce it, use it as a production design, distribute it commercially, resell it, or adapt it for an unrelated production.
Third-party trademarks, scripts, images, music, technical documentation and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders.
6. External links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, including Proseniq or legacy LightPilot information. External websites are operated independently. Get Your Lightshow is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
7. Accuracy and availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and current. Service scope, availability, production requirements and fees may nevertheless change.
For an individual project, the written proposal and any expressly incorporated project-specific conditions take precedence over general descriptive website content.
8. Contact and written project communication
General legal or administrative contact may be made using the contact details above. For project instructions, approvals, revisions, scope changes and other contractual project communications, written communication is required. Email or another expressly agreed text-based communication channel may be used.
Telephone contact does not replace required written project instructions or approvals.
9. Applicable law
This website is operated from Spain and is subject to applicable Spanish and European Union law. Mandatory rights and protections that apply to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
10. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing to info@getyourlightshow.com or to the postal correspondence address stated above.
Where an unresolved consumer complaint gives rise to a statutory obligation to provide information about an accredited alternative dispute-resolution entity, the required information will be provided in the response to the complaint. Get Your Lightshow does not state that it is voluntarily affiliated with a particular consumer ADR entity unless expressly indicated.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is not used, as that platform has been discontinued.
