Please upload only materials reasonably necessary for the Project Review. Do not upload identity documents, bank or payment credentials, medical information or other sensitive personal data unless Get Your Lightshow has specifically requested them for a lawful project purpose. Large video files are better provided later by link.

Possible outcomes are Lighting Design for Dance, Lighting Design for Scenic Theatre, Production Lighting Assessment, Production Lighting Design, a request for missing information, or a decision that the project is not suitable / currently unavailable.

How your Project Review information is used

We use the information and project materials you submit to review your enquiry, assess project suitability and scope, request further information where necessary, prepare an individual proposal and communicate with you about a possible project. The primary legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If a project is not accepted, the submission and uploaded files are normally deleted within 90 days after the enquiry is closed.

If selected, we will send a structured summary of your submitted information to the email address you provided. Uploaded files themselves will not be attached to the customer copy.
